Partnership with Churches, Universities and other Organizations
We partner with Churches, Universities, government and like-minded organizations in order to fulfil our mission to the university, to the church and to the society. Goal: Improved partnerships with our strategic stakeholders.
Organizational
Effectiveness
We develop the capacity and structures of the CU, Associates’ ministry, and the TAFES Secretariat structures in order to be more effective in our calling. The Goal: Improved performance of TAFES Secretariat, member CUs and Associate Branches.
Integral Mission and Social Transformation
We will equip our students and associates to bear witness to the transforming gospel of Jesus Christ in their personal and professional lives and challenge them to engage in social justice issues in the society. Goal: Improved witness by students and associates to the transforming gospel of Jesus Christ in their personal and professional lives.
Staff Orientation Training(SOT)
This is the training used to train new staff who are joining the ministry to serve as Staff worker. It is usually taking place every year in September which in the end of the Ministry year. The training normally take place at TAFES centre Boko Dar es Salaam and it takes one month.
Leadership Training Seminar(LTS)
LTS is the training given to students leaders to develop their Leadership skill so that they may be good leaders. It is done from CU level soon after their election, Regional Level soon after DTS Seminar and National Level soon after National Leaders election during National Students General Meeting NSGM. We believe that every TAFES member is a Leader, so TAFES gives optimum attention to leadership Development of the students thereby building tomorrow’s Leaders today.
Transformers conference
Transformers Conference is a biennial associate gathering aiming to spark revival and unity among graduates. The word TRANSFORMERS means CHAMPIONS OF TRANSFORMATION. These are people ready to impact their families, local churches, societies and moreover the campuses through their lifestyle, leadership capabilities and social influence—by the help of the Holy Spirit and for the glory of God.
